Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if:

- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Used prayer mats
- Opened fragrance products (attar oil, mist, fabric fragrance)
- Change of mind purchases
This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
- Please contact our customer support with your order number and photo/video proof
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Failed Delivery
